Epoxy Resin LL 201 Casting
The casting epoxy resin LL 201 is a low-viscosity resin based on a mixture of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin resins, containing a certain amount of bifunctional epoxy alcohol as a reactive thinner. The mixing ratio is 100:20 with hardeners H 303 HT and H 512. The working time at 25°C is approximately 60-90 minutes. Components A+B are mixed in the prescribed ratio to avoid creating a large number of bubbles in the casting mixture, i.e., manually. After thoroughly mixing both components, the solution is poured into the mold and allowed to cure. If necessary, we can temper at 40°C to significantly accelerate the curing of the mixture. The mixture achieves full curing and the best properties after subsequent tempering at 60°C for 4 hours (the temperature can be increased only after the casting material has set) or 4-7 days. The product can be removed from the mold approximately 20 minutes after curing.
