PUR 3K - 90 is a polyurethane foam for discontinuous production of parts and cast insulation with excellent dimensional stability. PUR 3K - 90 is optionally self-extinguishing polyurethane foam designed for foaming into molds, whether metal, fiberglass, or wooden, i.e., for the discontinuous production of insulating and structural parts. It can be applied by pouring into interspaces, for example, when insulating pipes or tanks. This way, both finished products and parts and structural elements intended for further processing, such as vacuum laminating, can be prepared. PUR 3K is a system that has been tested in combinations with commonly used materials such as steel, aluminum, polystyrene, ABS, and glass-filled polyester (laminate). It exhibits excellent adhesion, while the density distribution is at least as good as PUR 3K - 90 can be processed with both high-pressure and low-pressure equipment, with the system's technological parameters set according to the customer's requirements and needs.
