PUR 2K - 45 Polyuretanová pěna sl.A
Polyurethane foam for discontinuous production of parts and cast insulation with excellent dimensional stability. PUR 2K 45 is optionally self-extinguishing polyurethane foam designed generally for foaming into molds, whether metal, fiberglass, or wooden, i.e., for discontinuous production of insulation and structural parts. It can be applied by pouring into interspaces, for example, when insulating pipes or tanks. This way, both finished products and parts and structural elements intended for further processing, such as vacuum laminating, can be prepared. PUR 2K 45 is a system that has been tested in combinations with commonly used materials such as steel, aluminum, polystyrene, ABS, and glass-filled polyester (laminate). It exhibits excellent adhesion while the density distribution is at least as good as foams with conventional blowing agents. PUR 2K 45 can be processed using both high-pressure and low-pressure equipment, with the system's technological parameters set according to the customer's requirements and needs. Typical properties of PUR 2K 45 Appearance Polyol (component A) Isocyanate (component B) Clear, amber, viscous liquid. Dark brown viscous liquid. The component ratio is 100:118 by weight, therefore the weight of 0.45 kg is calculated as follows: Polyol: 100/(100+118)*0.45= 0.206 (0.21 kg= 210g) Isocyanate: 0.45-0.21= 0.24 kg (240 g). Note: To ensure good foam properties and good flow, the polyol component must be tempered to at least 25°C during application. The fire classification does not take into account the hazards arising during application. The data provided in this technical information is for informational purposes only. The values stated here are results of laboratory tests. If the manufacturer does not have control over the end user, they do not guarantee the achievement of these values during application. The data presented here is based on our current knowledge; due to the number of influences during the processing of the PU system, no legal guarantees can be derived from this data. It does not exempt the processor from their own tests and verifications. For easy application, guns, cartridges, and mixing nozzles can be ordered from us. (900551,900552,900553)
