AIREX® T90 is a thermoplastic and recyclable polymer foam with closed cells, featuring excellent fire resistance, smoke generation, and toxicity (FST) ratings. It has very good mechanical properties and exceptional fatigue resistance, is chemically stable, UV resistant, and has negligible water absorption. It is thermally stable during high-temperature processing and curing. T90 is designed for easy use with all resin systems and for most technologies.
AIREX® T90 is the ideal material for structural sandwich applications requiring high fire resistance.
