Frekote separator 770-NC is a universal release agent with high slip suitable for cases where there are issues with mold geometry. It cures quickly at room temperature and creates a glossy surface on the castings. It is applied to a clean mold surface by spraying, brushing, or wiping with a lint-free cotton cloth. Up to 4 layers can be applied, with each layer allowed to dry for 5-10 minutes. Retouching is done as needed. 770-NC is a clear liquid, with a recommended processing temperature of 15-60°C. Curing time at room temperature is 5-10 minutes. Temperature resistance up to 400°C. The recommended mold filler is B-15 or FMS.
