Glass mat made of chopped glass fibers. The glass fibers are stitched with polyester fiber, allowing the mat to be pre-shaped into relatively complex shapes while still dry before being placed into the mold. Because no binder was used in the manufacturing process, the mat saturates very quickly, and epoxy resin can also be used for this purpose.
