Tužidlo H 285 HAVEL
The laminating resin and hardener system has been developed as a direct replacement for the well-known LR 285 system from MGS (Hexion). It is suitable for the production of composites using glass, carbon, and Kevlar fibers and features high static and dynamic properties. It is expected that after thermal post-curing at 50 - 55 °C, the system meets the standards for gliders and motor gliders (operating temperature - 60 °C to + 54 °C). To meet the requirements for motor aircraft (operating temperatures - 60 °C to + 72 °C), thermal curing at 80 °C is necessary. Certification of the system is required for such applications. The recommended mixing ratio of epoxy to hardener is 100:40 by weight. The working time (pot life) is approximately 50 minutes. After initial curing at room temperature, the produced components can be processed and removed from the mold. You will achieve highly glossy and non-sticky surfaces, even under unfavorable curing conditions, i.e., lower temperatures or high humidity. More information in TL and BL.
