Medium molecular weight epoxy resin solution in a mixture of organic solvents with additives, white shade RAL 9003. This epoxy gelcoat can be applied solely by spraying. It can also be applied with a brush. The secret to smooth surfaces. It creates a smooth visual layer depending on the surface of the mold. The surface does not require any further treatment after removal from the mold. Suitable for epoxy parts and, after testing, for most polyester and vinylester resins. The surface is created directly in the mold. Financial and effective savings. Pigment pastes for epoxies can be used for coloring. The white gelcoat can also be brushed on, but it must not be thinned during application - it may damage the separator. For thinning, use a thinner for epoxy spray gelcoat. To cure the gelcoat, use hardener H 100 in a ratio of 100:26 (by weight). Recommended max. gelcoat thickness is 0.05-0.2 mm. If the maximum coating thickness is exceeded, the gelcoat remains soft and cures slowly and with difficulty. Two-component epoxy top gelcoat for creating topcoats on metals, concrete, building materials, wood, plastics, molding compounds, etc. It is resistant to the effects of certain chemicals, oils, fats, alkalis, and some solvents. Excellent chemical and mechanical resistance, great adhesion and abrasion resistance, very good coverage of the coating. Simple and easy application.
