Havel Adhesive G 40 sl. B 30

Havel Adhesive G 40 component A5 + B30 (epoxy adhesive) is an epoxy system based on a mixture of epoxy resin and reactive thinner, cured with a modified hardener. Appearance of components A5 light gray, B30 yellow. Usage: It is recommended to use for bonding at temperatures of 10 - 30°C, i.e., at normal temperatures. The system is suitable for bonding laminate parts. For perfect curing and to improve mechanical properties such as joint strength and thermal resistance, it is advisable to temper the bonded item for 4.5 hours at a temperature of 45 - 60°C. After thermal tempering, the joint has good mechanical properties. The recommended hardener for HAVELadhesive G 40 component A5 is: hardener B 30 in a weight ratio of 100:17. Working time is 30 to 40 minutes.
