HAVELcell E1 epoxy foam is a structured epoxy resin with a specific gravity of approximately 550 kg/m3. Its low density allows you to create sandwich constructions in your products. This material will save you time and reduce costs for your products. A part made with 1.5 mm of this foam, coated on each side with 200g/m3 fiberglass fabric saturated with epoxy resin, is lighter than water and therefore suitable for boat manufacturing. For curing, use HAVELcell E1 hardener component B in a ratio of 100:35 (by weight). The processing time is approximately 30 minutes.
