AUXILIARY MATERIALS AND ACCESSORIES
Dense epoxy resin suitable for bonding, casting, pouring, and when heated to 35°C and above, also suitable for laminating and injection into warm molds, production of polymer concrete and sealants. Hardener 133-138 (MGS) can be used in a resin:hardener mixing ratio of 100:35 by weight, or hardener H 10 extra clear and UV stable for saturating visible layers or high clarity requirements of the laminating system. The mixing ratio of LH 1000+H 10 is 100:45-50 (by weight). The working time at a ratio of 100:50 is 15-20 min, and at a ratio of 100:50 is 20-25 min. The 100:50 ratio is particularly suitable for fast curing and thin layers. Additionally, hardener H 147 can be used at a ratio of 100:25 (by weight) with a working time of approximately 90 min, or H 145 at a ratio of 100:30, with a working time of approximately 50 min. For curing at lower temperatures (from 10°C), we recommend using hardener 501 with a working time of 20-30 min or 502 with a working time of 45-60 min at a ratio of 100:40 by weight or 100:50 by volume. Combinations with hardeners with a working time longer than 30 minutes need to be cured for at least 4 hours at 80°C or 6 hours at 60°C. (You can find epoxy resins-hardener HAVEL in our e-shop)
