MTI-line membránová infuzní hadice (průměr 15/8mm)
MTI® stands for Membrane Tube Infusion and describes a suction hose wrapped in a membrane for vacuum infusion.
The MTI® hose is an air-permeable and resin-blocking tube for evacuating air, allowing for easy use and significant simplification of the infusion process for users.
The MTI® hose can be used for any size of component and any degree of complexity, from small cladding parts to wind turbine rotor blades.
The MTI® hose significantly enhances the safety of the process. Parts produced using the MTI® process exhibit excellent laminate quality. By using the MTI® hose, even inexperienced users can succeed in manufacturing complex parts with surfaces free of porosity and pinholes, as well as with fiber volume content > 50%.
The MTI® infusion process is often a cost-effective alternative to manufacturing components in an autoclave, without sacrificing part quality and often offering better surface quality.
Additionally, vacuum pressing can be replaced with manual laminating, which often achieves significantly higher part quality and cost reduction without additional effort.
